Dear Friends,
Greetings this Labor Day weekend! Summer is nearly over and fall is coming quickly! As we celebrate the privilege and joy of our work, we must keep in mind the admonition of Jesus Christ! “Do not work for the food that spoils, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you.” (John 6:27a) As we gather today to worship our Lord and hear His Word, let’s set our hearts on the food that endures! May God nourish us with that Living Bread of Life! Holy Communion today will help us focus on Him!
